Recognised by the Legal 500 and for their outstanding Clinical Negligence department, this is an excellent and quite rare opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join perhaps the best regarded Defendant Clinical Negligence team in Liverpool city centre.

You'll be acting on behalf of their national clients, including the NHSLA and local hospital trusts and you will be responsible for handling a varied and diverse caseload of defendant Clinical Negligence files. You will also work alongside the wider team, assisting the senior fee earners and solicitors on cases of real of a technical and complex nature.
 
You will be a qualified Solicitor (NQ level +) or Legal Executive and posses in excess of two year’s experience in dealing with Clinical Negligence claims as part of a renowned and established team, and have gained experience dealing with the entire life cycle of a Clinical Negligence claim.

Although this is a defendant Clinical Negligence Associate Solicitor role, defendant experience is desirable however if you are from a Claimant background, you will be given equal consideration and are actively encouraged to apply.
