This genuine and committed firm who place real store in the quality of their local and national client base and have a ' family run' nature are looking for a residential conveyancer to head up the department. The successful applicant will handle a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files, sale and purchase files and Landlord and tenant matters as well as people management responsibility.

The work comes from a mix of private and commercial clients and indeed a huge amount of the work on offer comes by referral to the firm, which says a large amount about the quality of their offering.

Suitable candidates will be personable and will be a qualified Solicitor or legal assistant with previous management experience and the ability to handle a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
