International practice with one of the UK's leading Real Estate teams seeks a qualified lawyer with significant experience of commercial developments to join their team.

The team offers a full range of services in areas including acquisitions and disposals, construction, financing, hospitality and leisure, land use, planning and development, leasing, environmental law, insurance and tax. Their clients benefit from their significant experience in orchestrating complex, long-term projects that involve drafting documentation, facilitating negotiations, navigating legal and regulatory issues and, when necessary, litigating on their behalf.

Candidates who have circa between 2-5 years post qualification real estate experience, are likely to have the right level of knowledge, and have gained the right level of experience, needed to be able to undertake this particular role. Suitable candidates will be technically excellent, commercially minded, and strong team players.
