Commercial Property Conveyancing Assistant - Portsmouth - £20k +

Your new company
You will be working for one of the leading law firms in the Portsmouth and Hampshire area as part of their conveyancing team dealing with commercial property.

Your new role
You will be providing a high level of support to the commercial solicitor assisting with their caseload. you will also liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders and all stakeholders involved. You will draft documents, deal with land registry, local councils. Ensure all necessary paperwork is in place and filled accordingly. Alongside your duties you will assists the department with any other duties when required.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have significant experience dealing with commercial property in a conveyancing department. You will be a strong team player, have excellent organisation skills, work from your own initiative and be experienced in delivering a high standard support.
