Conveyancer (Plot Sales)
Leeds
I am working with a Top 200 firm in Leeds city centre who are looking to recruit an experienced plot sales conveyancer to their market leading team.
The team is well regarded both nationally and in the region. They act for a number of the leading housebuilders UK wide and the department are responsible for selling around 5% of all new plot homes throughout the country.
The role will be to act on behalf of the housebuilder clients from reservation to completion. Ideally you should have at least 2 years' experience of dealing with plot sales at a national or large regional practice.
Duties will include sending out standard plot sale paperwork, dealing with pre-contract enquiries, exchanging contracts and dealing with completions.
The firm has enjoyed year on year growth and is well placed to continue its expansion.
