This boutique Wells based practice are recruiting within their established commercial property team.
 
They seek an experienced commercial property solicitor with at least 2 years experience. 
 
Uniquely this firm have a particular specialism within the ecclesiastical market, acting for a number of churches and charitable organisations in a broad range of property transactions. These transactions include acquisitions and disposals of church premises, residential and functional property, and agricultural and development land.
 
As well as this work they also advise on more usual commercial property transactions locally and further afield. 
 
You will join forces with an established partner, and there is genuine future partnership potential for the right candidate. There is already an abundance of work, so you will be kept busy with a varied and interesting caseload.
