Our client is a leading regional law firm seeking a dynamic Property Solicitor in Central Bristol

The Role 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious mid level Property Solicitor / associate to join our clients’ highly regarded practice in Bristol. Becoming part of a specialist department which includes a number of the firms’ partners; the successful Solicitor will manage a demanding caseload incorporating: sales and purchases of commercial and residential properties; property finance; auction sales; planning; leasehold enfranchisement; Landlord and Tenant Act matters and; development projects. In addition, the ideal Solicitor will play an active role in the development of the team to ensure the further growth and success of the department and firm as a whole.

A hands-on position suited to a confident Solicitor seeking a new challenge within a well-regarded firm offering competitive remuneration and excellent career progression prospects.

The Candidate 

You must be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years ’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Property department.

You must have excellent technical skills with expertise encompassing all aspects of Residential and Commercial transactions.

You will be able to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.

You will be client-focused with an aptitude for business development.

You will be driven, proactive and personable.
