Owing to sustained success, the firm is now hiring a Housing Solicitor to work in its office located in a vibrant and desirable area of London, next to a major London Underground station and an array of local amenities.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Housing Solicitor to manage their own caseload at a thriving London practice. The role will involve dealing with a broad range of possession, homelessness, disrepair and unlawful eviction matters. Experience of using the LAA portal is essential, in addition to experience in dealing with publicly funded and private matters. This role is offered on a part-time basis where the successful Housing Solicitor will work 30/37.5 hours per week from Tuesday – Friday. The position has the potential to be offered on either a permanent or temporary basis. The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in housing.
A solid background in housing matters gained from a reputable firm is an essential requirement.
The successful Housing Solicitor will possess experience in dealing with publicly funded as well as private matters.
Experience of using the LAA portal is essential in applications for the position.
It would be advantageous if you possess exceptional client care skills.
Professional development will be integral to your work ethic.
