Highly regarded Cambridge firm hiring a talented Residential Property Lawyer to join its CQS accredited team.

Accredited by the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme, this firm’s Residential Property department is recognised for its commitment to high standards in its delivery of conveyancing legal services. Now expanding its team, the firm is hiring a Residential Property Lawyer.

The Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented individual to join this highly successful practice and manage their own caseload of Residential Property matters. You will undertake an array of duties that may include: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; landlord and tenant matters; drafting and granting new leases; obtaining Land Registry documents; re-mortgages and; submitting and reviewing searches. The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with a PQE level in the region of NQ – 5 years.
The successful Residential Property Lawyer will have excellent client care and communication skills.
Personable, organised and driven, you will take a proactive approach.
You will possess excellent technical skills.
