A legal 500 law firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their Residential and Property Department in Oldbury.

The Role:
would include managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision, dealing with sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, dealing with cases from start to completion and posses excellent customer service skills in order to liaise with clients. The firm is looking for a highly motivated individual who is also a team player.

The Ideal Candidate must have worked within a Conveyancing role ideally with 1 years experience + as well as be able to handle a large case load with minimal supervision, you do not need to be qualified for this position.

In return employees will receive a competitive salary dependent on relevant experience and qualifications, up to £35,000.
