CIVIL LITIGATION - DONCASTER

Our client is a Legal 500 rated firm with a good spread of services to commercial clients, both in the South Yorkshire region but in some disciplines on a national level. They are looking to recruit a pragmatic Solicitor to handle a broad mix of civil disputes, centred around property management issues and acting for clients UK wide including in London. Expertise within this team covers such as service charge disputes, arrears recovery, enfranchisement, and leasehold disputes, but whilst the asset happens to be real estate the dispute itself is of a civil nature and so that background is perfectly suitable for someone interested to get into this type of work. Solicitors at anything from NQ to c10yrPQE can be considered on merit as the firm is wanting the right person rather than being bound by PQE restrictions.

You'll be joining a very busy department, and will be paired up with a Legal Assistant and support staff to manage a caseload, with appropriate supervision in the early stages. Whilst you may meet some clients alot of the relationship building will be via the phone or email and strong communication skills and a confident approach are really important given the pressures of the role.
