A vacancy has now arisen for a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join their team.

The Role
The successful candidate will:
  • ·                     Work as a junior member of the team, taking instructions from more senior members
  • ·                     Manage the work efficiently and expeditiously
  • ·                     Manage and maintain positive client relationships
  • ·                     Promote the department and the firm through networking and business development activities
Undertake a mixed workload of corporate and commercial work including:
  • ·                     Acquisitions and disposals
  • ·                     Reorganisations including demergers, section 110 reorganisations and capital reductions
  • ·                     Corporate finance, MBO’s and MBI’s
  • ·                     Corporate restructuring, share issues and share option agreements
  • ·                     Joint ventures
  • ·                     Financing and re-financing
  • ·                     Cross-border work
  • ·                     Compliance issues
  • ·                     Insolvency
The Candidate
As a qualified Lawyer you will have prior experience of handling commercial work, and will possess exceptional negotiation and communication skills backed by excellent technical knowledge.
