Housing and Civil Litigation Lawyer

A Housing and Civil Litigation Lawyer is urgently required to join a Local Authority in London on an initial three month contract.

The successful Housing and Civil Litigation Lawyer will be required to carry a caseload including, but not limited to the following matters:

• Possession proceedings,
• Anti-social behavour,
• Disrepair,
• Homelessness,
• Injunction matters,
• Debt recovery and
• Property Litigation

In order to be considered for the role, it is essential that you are a competent advocate and can undertake advocacy without the need for supervision.

Due to the urgent nature of the position, you must be available on no more than a two week notice period. Candidates with Housing and Civil Litigation experience from either the public or private sector are encouraged to apply.
