Are you an LPC graduate looking for an exciting new opportunity as an Employment Paralegal? If so, then our well-respected client are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join their busy team based in their central Manchester office.

Whether you are looking to kickstart your legal career, or simply looking to further it, this is a fantastic opening for you to do just that! Our client don't require you to have any experience however, you must have completed your LPC and have a 2:1 as a minimum.

As part of the LPC Graduate Employment Paralegal role, the successful candidate will get involved with a wide range of duties, some of which include, but are not exclusive to:

- assisting fee earners on a large mix of respondent employment work
- you will cover matters that relate to: unfair dismissal, discrimination and even tribunal
- conduct legal research on industry specific issues
- providing integral support internally and completing supportive tasks that are deemed necessary
