LAW Absolute is currently working with a Local Authority based in West London, who are seeking an Employment Lawyer to join their highly regarded Employment team for an initial three month assignment.
The successful Employment Lawyer will be required to carry a full caseload including both contentious and non-contentious work.
You will be expected to advise on TUPE, unfair dismissal, discrimination and equal pay matters. Our client is open to speaking to candidates from either the public or private sector with the requisite experience.
The appointed Employment Lawyer will be joining a small but established team and therefore you will be expected to pick up a full caseload from day one. The ability to work without supervision is essential for this role. Candidates with a wealth of experience with TUPE related matters are highly desirable.
The council is based a short walk from the tube station with a plethora of shops and restaurants in the local vicinity.
