My client is a leading regional law firm with a strong presence in the South West. The client is now looking for a Solicitor to join their expanding Corporate team in Exeter.

Reporting to a Senior Partner you will be given the opportunity to work on all aspects of corporate work including corporate finance, joint ventures, public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. You will be given early responsibility for running matters, building client relationships and business development.

As a guide, due to the nature of the work and the structure of the team, the client is looking for a lawyer with 1-4 years PQE in this field, although candidates with a different level of experience may be will have trained with a highly respected law firm, preferably a city or national law firm and have a very strong academic background.
