Job Details
A rare opportunity for a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join a growing, game-changing, property company based in Manchester, as its first Head of Legal to found and develop a fully-functional legal team, and conveyancing department.
About the role:
Bringing your high level experience and vision to help found a legal team; you will handle volume conveyances (up to around 1400/year), and will take responsibility for growing the team. In return, this role will offer exciting challenges, autonomy and seniority within a fast-paced, commercial organisation.
About you:
This position would suit a fully-qualified Residential Property/Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 10 years' PQE, strong commercial nous, and an appetite to found and build a team, contributing to the success of the organisation.
The client's office is conveniently located within close commuting distance of Manchester Piccadilly Station.
