The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor, NQ - 3 years PQE, into their Guildford, Surrey office.

You would join one of the most highly regarded Commercial property departments across all of Surrey and handle a caseload including but not limited to; general commercial real estate work including acquisitions and disposals, secured lending work and commercial landlord and tenant agreements for lenders, banks and businesses in the London and South-East area. Other clients include mid to HNW business and Household names.

The Commercial Property department is 9 strong with overlap in various departments. It is classed as "excellent in all regards" and they are seeking only the strongest and most technical junior solicitors.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor NQ - 2 years PQE.
• You should have good technical knowledge and be an organised individual
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• You will enjoy working in a challenging, fast moving and professional environment
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
