The role

The firm are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join the firms flourishing Dorking, Surrey office.

The Residential Conveyancing department has been recognised as a highly commended department and was awarded 'Conveyancing Firm of the Year for London and the South East' by the Law Firm Services Conveyancing Awards. They were also awarded the 'Best Customer Service' Award in 2016.

You will work on a varied role covering all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, easements and other rights, rental agreements and transfers of equity.

There are excellent prospects of progression in this role making this a very good opportunity for the right candidate. The department has a strong presence in the local area and this would be an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in developing this further.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with between 1-4 years PQE
• You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• You should have good experience of running your own Conveyancing caseload
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your experience.
