The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Property Solicitor with expertise in Commercial Property to join an award winning, legal 500 firm in Guildford.

The firms Property department has experienced sustained and systematic growth in recent years. Their Commercial Property arm is in the legal 500 (tier 3). The Property team is made up of 8, and headed up by an established Partner who has a brought in a lot of work to the practise. The work will mostly Commercial work but there will also be Residential matters.
You will work as part of a very experienced team, where you will obtain excellent exposure working alongside Partners. You will handle a manageable caseload, which will include; Development, Investment, Landlord and tenant, commercial leases and Acquisitions and disposals.

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years PQE with strong experience in Commercial Property
• Experience of business development will be to advantage
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
• You should work within a team
• You will deal with an excellent quality of work
• Salary is above market rate depending on your level of experience, plus an exceptional bonus structure and benefits package
