The practice provides both commercial and contentious services providing a full range of advice and guidance, including in relation to: outsourcing, e-business, IT product and services contracts, commercial contracts, Freedom of Information, intellectual property, technology, IT and telecoms disputes, data protection and privacy and media.
Their highly respected and experienced IP team advise on a wide range of blue chip technology, manufacturing, biosciences and retail companies on all aspects of the exploitation and enforcement of their intellectual property rights.
the successful IP Solicitor must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focused approach. You will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
