We are acting on behalf of a highly rated international law firm with a significant Northern foot print.

They have a Legal 500 recommended Commercial/IP Department and are looking to recruit a Commercial/IP Solicitor with strong drafting and negotiation skills. The Contracts and Projects Department works alongside and complements the larger Corporate Department of the firm.

The ideal candidate will be between 3 years plus PQE but outstanding candidates from outside this bracket will be considered provided they have a strong cv.

Work would be varied and include all manner of commercial contracts work including joint ventures, development and construction agreements, distribution, agency and IP contracts, IT contracts, sponsorship and licensing agreements.

This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of one of the most exciting law firms in the region. Salary is commensurate with experience and will likely to be in the region of £45,000 to £55,000.

The role has been created due to strategic commercial growth over the past 12 months and would be working alongside a Legal 500 recommended Head of Department.
