Job Details
Errington Legal are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a 5 year + PQE Corporate lawyer to join a leading UK team in Cambridge.
The role will advise clients ranging from start-ups through to substantial private companies and PLCs on a broad range of corporate issues and transactions. An increasing amount of the team's work is international. Taking responsibility for your own caseload, the role undertake a broad mix of corporate work such as M&A, corporate finance, IPOs and other listed company work.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong background in transactional work, both as part of a team on large transactions and managing smaller transactions. The role offers clear opportunities for progression for the right candidate.
