The Role
A fantastic role has arisen for an ambitious and proactive Commercial Litigation Lawyer at this expert practice in Suffolk on a full time, permanent basis. The successful Lawyer will manage their own caseload of commercial and property litigation matters, with an emphasis on protecting clients’ interests and taking a pragmatic approach to resolving disputes. You will undertake an array of duties surrounding disputes which may include conducting your own advocacy for claimants, defendants and insolvency office holders. In return, the firm offers a supportive work environment and an excellent salary for the successful Lawyer.

The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Commercial Litigation Solicitors and Legal Executives with a PQE of at least three years and gained within a reputable firm.
Excellent client care and communication skills are essential.
A high level of skill in conducting your own advocacy would be greatly advantageous in applications to the role.
The successful Commercial Litigation Lawyer will be technically adept.
The desire for professional development is encouraged.
