The Role

Due to expansion, we are now seeking to recruit a Junior Childcare Solicitor for our client’s office in Luton. The successful candidate will manage a challenging and varied caseload involving a range of public and private family/children cases including child abduction, child protection issues, special guardianship, divorce, dissolution of civil partnership and financial proceedings as well as undertaking your own advocacy. The successful candidate will have a passion for public funded family/child care work and be willing to work towards obtaining Child Panel Membership. Excellent career progression and remuneration package is on offer for the right candidate.

The Candidate

This position would be suited to a Solicitor with a minimum of two years PQE

Have a willingness to work towards obtaining Child Panel Membership

You will be professional, friendly and highly organised

You will enjoy working in a team-based environment
