Commercial Paralegal

LAW Absolute is working with a Global 500 multinational manufacturer, based in Hertfordshire, in their search for a General Commercial Paralegal for a period of 18 months.

This exciting opportunity requires the chosen individual to work proactively, using their initiative and communication skills to develop relationships with internal teams and external clients.

Specifically this role will involve (but is not limited to):

• Reviewing a range of commercial contracts to minimise risk
• Liasing with internal teams on a number of regulatory and commercial matters
• Attending client/launch events and building relationships
• Supporting the wider business on a regular basis

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Paralegal to work with a highly regarded global company with exposure to all aspects of working In House and to further develop a career profile.

The ideal candidate will have strong academics, experience working in similar commercial positions and excellent communication skills.
