If you have over 6 months' experience in Residential Conveyancing and are looking to join a firm that offers genuinely achievable internal progression, competitive salaries and a really exciting working environment, please get in touch so we can talk you through this exciting Property paralegal role.

This role is a chance for a Property Paralegal to join a successful and growing legal practice in their Halesowen office. Ideally you will have gained experience in Residential Conveyancing as a Property paralegal and have the ability to run a small caseload. You will want the opportunity to bolster your skill set so you're able to progress and become a confident fee earner in a supportive environment.

You will be joining a busy, fast paced and tech savvy Conveyancing team that is led by knowledgeable and industry known solicitors with plenty of support and training for the successful candidate.

This role gives you the opportunity to work on a traditional caseload within a close-knit team but be part of a wider network of Conveyancing solicitors and support staff within a firm that have a real focus within the sector. You will have the ability to develop relationships with estate agents and work referrers and due to the structure of the team there is genuine scope for progression.

We work closely with this firm so if you think this Property Paralegal position sounds like the opportunity to progress and remain long-term you've been looking for, please contact Amy Haycocks who will be able to talk through the specifics of the role, firm and what is on offer in more detail.
