Real Estate Lawyer

My client, a pre-eminent, highly-regarded international firm, is looking to hire a Real Estate Associate for their London office.

The role will be varied in focus and will require strong general commercial property, L&T and development experience such as: freehold and leasehold acquisitions/disposals; business leases; charges and alterations and portfolio refinancing. Evidence of managing caseloads, supervising junior lawyers and client contact is essential, and it is also likely that an understanding of corporate and finance support will be required.

This opportunity will afford someone the chance to develop their career within a firm operating at the top-end of the market that boasts an impressive client base and a complex workload. The successful candidate will work closely with partners who are internationally recognised within their markets, allowing them to develop their own skills whilst also helping to develop the practice.
