An internationally recognised, top tier legal practice based in Birmingham city centre are looking for a skilled Commercial Property Senior Solicitor to complement their existing experienced team in their Birmingham office.
Our client is a modern, forward-thinking practice and highly regarded as providing an upstanding client service and investing in its staff. They are long established and a reputable legal practice with a number of offices across the UK and Europe.
The role of a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor will include varied development work, such as; acquisitions/disposals, investment work, landlord and tenant, secured lending and corporate support, as well as mixed use developments and regeneration projects.
It is desirable for the successful candidate to have 7 years or more PQE for the Commercial Property Senior Solicitor role, however, other PQE levels will be considered if they possess the relevant skills. The reason for the vacancy of this role is because of the commercial department expanding and there are clear career progression opportunities within the firm also.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a genuine passion for Commercial Property and show commitment to their own development in this area of specialism.
