We have a fantastic opportunity in Ashton under Lyne, for a driven and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to really establish their career within law at a historic law firm. The ideal candidate will be keen to learn and interested in driving your own career progression. The firm will help with this by providing an industry recognised training programme.
The Commercial Property team within this firm is renowned and has long standing experience of working with some of the most successful and influential businesses nationally.
The Role
The role will involve working alongside and with the existing members of the Commercial Property Team, with the head of the team being one of the firm's partners. The work that the team receive is varied and consists of;
- Freehold or lease transactions
- Auction transactions
- Mortgage finance
- Pension fund acquisitions and disposals
- Industrial premises
- Building contracts and negotiations
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Compulsory purchase
A minimum of 1 years PQE+ is desired but not essential, the firm are looking for someone who has a desire to exceed client expectations, has strong negotiation and communication skills and have the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients alike.
