An award winning boutique Manchester City Centre law firm are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its team. The firm is a highly respected law firm in the North West and they pride themselves on their commercial focus, forward thinking attitude and great client care.

This Law firm has a reputation for encouraging their team to be the best they can. They are currently undergoing expansion due to an incredibly busy year and are therefore looking for a new addition to the team. This really is a great time to be joining them.

The ideal Corporate Solicitor will gain exposure to high quality work and deal with high value transactions. You will be working on a real broad range of corporate matters including but not limited to;

  • Mergers & Acquisitions;
  • Shareholder Agreements;
  • IPO's;
  • Corporate reorganisations and demergers.

You will be joining an established team consisting of experienced award winning solicitors which you will be working closely with. You will also work alongside juniors and provide support when needed.

The firm are ideally looking for someone who is 5+ Years PQE, but are flexible on this and candidate who fall outside this bracket are encouraged to apply. You will be expected to pick up your own caseload under minimum supervision.
