Associate - Health Litigation

We are looking for a solicitor to work alongside Partners in our clients' Birmingham office. You will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of patient matters and public law work, undertaking inquest matters with minimal supervision and developing your experience in other areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in a range of complex issues within this highly regarded firm.

You will be able to demonstrate current knowledge and understanding of the National Health Service, duties of doctors and other clinical professionals and have experience of healthcare law to include inquests and mental health. Advocacy expertise is essential and a good working knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 will be a particular advantage.

Please note the work will require some national travel and may occasionally require you to be away from the office for several days at a time.
