Property Legal Administrator
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Legal Administrator to join an In-House legal team based in the Warwickshire area. The position will be for a minimum period of 3 months; however this is likely to be extended.
The successful candidate will provide support to the Group Company Secretary and Assistant Company Secretary in the operation and continuous service of the legal administration. You will be tasked with logging legal documentation to include leases and transfer documentation.
You will also be responsible for executing, processing and distributing legal documents to include maintaining the contracts registers, disposals register, registers for declarations of interest and probity register. Other responsibilities will include arranging meetings and events, processing expenses and updating the company website.
Previous experience working in an administrative capacity in a legal environment is essential, as well as previous experience and knowledge dealing with legal documentation to include leases, contracts, agreements and transfers.
The position offers an hourly rate of between £12 - £20 per hour depending on experience.
