Job Details
A market leading Legal 500 firm with a highly regarded and very experienced Commercial Property team is looking to add a property development Solicitor to their team.
If you've got 4 years + PQE experience with public sector developments then this prestigious client will be keen to hear form you. This role forms part of the succession planning requirements for the team and has also come about to help cope with a continued increase in work as a whole.
This team act on a range of deals, but they are typically multi-million pound deals and can be anything from large scale residential developments, mixed use housing sites, regeneration projects and bespoke developments. You will be acting for housing associations, local authorities and PFI joint ventures.
Experience of residential development work would prove to be very useful in addition to your expertise in the public sector.
In general you should be an accomplished individual, client focused, approachable, enjoy working as part of a team where everyone is focused and keen to business develop in order to contribute to the ongoing success of this team. Working with the exsiting fee earners you will enjoy plenty of client contact and have autnonomy in your role.
