A fantastic regional firm, based in Yorkshire, has a unique and exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and tenacious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. The firm is going from strength to strength and is now looking to increase the Residential Conveyancing offering in its York office.
Developing business is a central part of this role, meaning you will have the chance to network with clients and build a name for yourself in the area. Furthermore, as the leading figure in the development of this department, you can become a key figure in the business and by becoming involved in the strategic side of things, have a chance to influence the future of the firm.
There is already a good base of high-quality work of high-value conveyancing work, so you can come in and hit the ground running from day one. This means you do not have to start completely from scratch you can work with the existing caseload, while at the same time going out and winning new work.
This is a pivotal role for the firm and the sky is the limit in terms of where this opportunity can take you. There is also a clear path to partnership as you will be the main person in the department, you will also become more senior as the team continues to grow. So if you feel like you have reached the limit of your progression at your current firm, taking on this project could allow you to make that step up.
To be successful in this role, you should have around 6+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing and be willing to work hard and get involved in the firm. You should also be dedicated and driven, as well as enthusiastic about the chance to build a department and watch your hard work contribute to the further growth of an already successful firm.
