Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Exeter

Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment are now recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to a busy team within a leading law firm based in Exeter.

The role will involve undertaking High Court litigation, mediation, arbitration and legal drafting on your own caseload whilst assisting the team on more complex matters. The team manage a variety of commercial litigation work including injunctions, contract and tortious disputes, interim applications and ADR.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE with recent and proven experience in managing commercial disputes. Experience of urgent applications for injunctive relief is desirable. You will be involved in marketing and business development for the team.
