Our client is a Legal-500 firm and has been established in the area for over a century and as a result has a loyal client base and an excellent reputation for its services. The firm has been going from strength to strength and is now looking for a talented and passionate Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team in Sheffield.
You would be able to hit the ground running from day one with a full commercial property caseload, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and more; with a particular focus on commercial leases. The work comes from a really varied range of clients, from high street shops through to larger retailers and national companies.
The firm is dedicated to expansion and over recent years has been investing significantly in its offices and technology, meaning you will be working in a modern office space with the latest systems. Furthermore, the department has a great working environment and the team is close-knit, meaning you will be joining a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Our client envisages the successful solicitor to have 3 or more years' PQE, however this is given purely as a guideline and candidates who can demonstrate the relevant technical ability and enthusiasm for the role are still encouraged to apply, even if the PQE level is slightly lower.
