Job Details
The UK leader in the online retail industry is seeking a confident and experienced Commercial Solicitor to join their Liverpool based team.
Encompassing a range of technical areas including IP, commercial and financial services, this role is really varied and will involve contract drafting and negotiation including for financial services, advising on data protection and distance selling, providing training across the company on various legal issues and the provision of pragmatic and commercial legal advice across the group on a wide range of area.
Required is someone at around 1-4 years PQE (although this is purely a guide and those outside of this banding are welcome to apply should they have relevant experience) who has solid and demonstrable experience within a similar role and can provide logical and commercially astute guidance to staff at all levels. Those with some Financial Services experience will be looked upon favourably although this is not essential.
Salary is expected to be in the region of £45 to 55k.
