This Commercial Property role is based in North London with a very well regarded firm. the firm have an excellent reputation for always exceeding clients expectation and providing practical and commercial advise.

As well as looking after there clients the firm are heavily focused on their employees, ensuring they have ongoing career development and clear progression plans to further their careers within the firm. they also offer a fun and flexible working environment to ensure you will remain happy in your role.

You will join a Real Estate team that have an excellent reputation within this market.

The firm require a strong Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE, excellent legal skills and knowledge with the ability to manage a mixed caseload of commercial property transactions with minimal supervision excellent communication and business development skills and an interest in Practice development.

You will have experience in sales and acquisitions, lettings, funding and development/construction. Some experience in the bar, restaurant and hospitality sector would also be beneficial.
