Job Details

Industrial Disease Solicitor/Team Leader.  

A leading national law firm based in Manchester city centre are looking for an Industrial Disease Solicitor (5yrs+ PQE) to join their growing industrial disease department as a Manager/Team Leader.
 
Joining a specialist firm renowned for their work in complex Industrial Disease matters, your role will be to lead a small team of fee earners, mainly dealing with a mix of industrial disease matters including NIHL and VWF, Stress claims and other matters.
 
In line with an increase in instructions the firm, this is a newly established team within a leading department and as an experienced Industrial Disease Solicitor, you must have strong experience in industrial disease claims, together with managerial experience likely gained as a Team Leader.
 
You will provide mentoring and supervision to team of Fee Earners and will coach, train and develop the team moving forward.
 
You will likely be an Industrial Disease Solicitor with 5+ yrs PQE and have proven experience in handling your own caseload of Industrial Disease matters preferably across a broad range of matters as whilst you won't be responsible for managing cases, you will work closely with the Industrial Disease Fee Earners overseeing their matters. 

 The firm offers excellent quality work flows in a supportive, busy and vibrant environment with the autonomy to stretch your skills and capabilities.
 
Salary (guideline of up to £50,000) and full benefits will be commensurate with experience.
