A Nationally acclaimed firm with a strong international capability across a broad range of legal services offered to national and international organisations, institutions, small and medium sized businesses and private individuals are currently seeking a Residential Property Associate to join their growing team in London.
You will join a firm that is recognised within the top 20 firms to work with in the UK and top 50 in Europe, who operates out of 18 UK offices. You will also benefit from an attractive benefits package including but not limited to; a competitive salary, work life balance, 25 days holiday, health plan, contributory pension scheme.
Ideally you will have between 3 - 6 years PQE within a leading City or Regional with specific experience acting on high value and complex residential property work including acquisitions, development opportunities, portfolio management and investments
You will also be responsible for contributing to the overall profitability of the firm, with particular reference to providing efficient, cost effective work and contributing to practice development through marketing and selling strategies in accordance with the firm's relevant policies.
