In-house Conveyancing Manager

A well known Property business, based in the West Midlands, is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their In-house legal team. The position would be perfect for someone with experience in plot sales, help to buy, and new builds, and would suit someone who is keen to manage a team. Salary and package is dependent on experience, although up to £45k.

As with their property portfolio, their legal team is also expanding and they're looking for a Solicitor, highly experienced in conveyancing and plot sales, to join the business and head up a team. They offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits, a car allowance, sensible and set working hours, and an opportunity to build your own team and work with other departments across the business.

The succesful Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor will sit within the close-knit legal team. As the business grows, you will have responsibility for a small team of assistants, conveyancers, and secretaries, and will work closely with Real Estate teams and other departments across the business. As a team, you will handle a large portfolio of plot sales and residential conveyancing matters.

The business also offers an excellent bonus structure and a car allowance. The successful candidate will enjoy sensible working hours (9-5.30) and a mature and collaborative working environment.

Candidates will ideally have some supervisory or management experience and will be comfortable in working in a volume conveyancing environment.
