Employment Solicitor | 2+ years PQE | £30,000 - £35,000
Are you looking for a new opportunity within Employment Law?
A large and well respected law firm is looking for an Employment Solicitor/Legal Executive to join the team at one of their Birmingham offices.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will need to have the ability to deal with both Contentious and Non- Contentious cases. The caseload will be varied but will include some of the areas listed below.
Providing advice on employment law issues
Unfair Dismissals, Discrimination's and whistle blowing claims.
Enforcement of restrictive covenants and confidentiality clauses
Undertaking Advocacy at the Employment Tribunals
Key Skills & Experience:
The firm is looking for a Proactive Solicitor with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships with a strong commercial mind set. Ideally they are looking for someone who has the ability to manage a large caseload.
It would be beneficial if the candidate has high level of academic attributes, a driven and professional manner, with bags of enthusiasm and strong organisational skills.
Advocacy is a strong advantage and have experience of using a cloud based case management system. It would be advantageous for you to have at least 2 years PQE or solid previous experience.
Salary is BOE but in the region of £30,000 - £35,000
