My client s in the midst of a significant phase of expansion and are looking to appoint a Corporate Transactional lawyer to join the Tier 1  Corporate team.

Working with the Corporate team in Cardiff, with a focus on private equity and M&A, I am looking for a highly motivated lawyer who combines excellent academic credentials with sound practical experience, commercial judgment and strong interpersonal skills. Much of the firm’s work comes from London, so candidates must be prepared to travel. Candidates should be articulate with a genuine interest in the subject and be committed to their continuing development as a lawyer.
