Childcare Solicitor

My client is a high regarded local authority based in Cardiff. They offer advice across a broad range of disciplines where they have a strong reputation in their specialisms. Their ethos is to provide a client focused, friendly and approachable service.

The purpose of this position is for you to provide legal advice and undertake casework for client departments ensuring that decisions made are within legal boundaries and achieve their aims and objectives to accord with Council policy. This will also include representing the Council at inquiries, hearings, tribunals, courts, panels and other bodies.

The successful candidate's main objective is to provide a high quality litigation service, Ensure your cases are dealt with efficiently and conduct advocacy before the court.

Required Experience:

Previous experience within a similar position
Highly confident within Child care litigation
Excellent communicator
Able to work independently
Recognised legal qualification as a solicitor, barrister or lawyer
