Job Details
NQ Corporate Solicitor is sought for a Legal 200 firm due to the department becoming increasingly busy with transactions.
The Corporate Commercial department are recommended in the Legal 500 and known for their joint ventures, corporate restructurings and divestment across dental, recruitment, sports, property and technology sectors. Transaction values range between £100,000 - £4 million.
Ideal candidates will have completed a corporate seat of at least 6 months and have supported on a range of deals. This position will enable you to enjoy a large amount of responsibility and client contact from the start, although support and supervision will be given to develop your career.
You would be encouraged to take part and attend networking events as well as draft marketing literature and be given a personal development plan to assist your career.
