Estate and Trust Executive, Worthing, West Sussex £30,000 - £35,000

I am working with a successful and established organisation offering Tax and Financial planning services for over 100 years. They are looking for a motivated Estate and Trust Executive with strong relationship building kills to join their team in Worthing. You will be working in an open plan office with a driven an interesting team.

The salary range is between £30,000 and £35,000 depending on the level of experience you will be bringing to the team. You will benefit from training on specific systems (including 'Express Wills') as well as the systems and practices used within the office. You will also benefit from advice on provided on Powers of Attorney and their preparation.

As an Estate and Trust Executive you will be confident working independently, taking full responsibility for your clients and acting with no direct supervision. You will be friendly, driven and meticulous in your approach the building and maintaining of your relationships with clients. You will be expected to use your strong interpersonal skills and relationship building in meeting families of the deceased. You will be required to guide them in:
* Obtaining a 'Grant of Probate'
* Meeting taxation obligation
* Will writing
* Distribution of funds under the terms of the will
* Trusts and Trusts administration
* Liabilities to income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax
* Estates administration/probate
* Powers of Attorney

Your relevant (but not essential) skills and experience may include: Society of Trust and Estate practitioners membership, experience in a similar role (perhaps in a bank, accountancy of solicitors office), understanding of foreign law and domicile matters (the client base is part non-residents)
