We are recruiting for an outstanding Planning Solicitor role at one of the UK's largest law firms

About the role

The role is to work within what is generally considered to be the best Planning Teams in the country.

Work is of unparalleled quality involving all areas of planning, compulsory purchase and highways law.

The team in Manchester has a particular expertise in large and complex redevelopment and regeneration schemes, including those involving compulsory purchase.

What we are looking for

Solicitors from NQ to around 3 years' experience of Planning and Infrastructure related work.

You will have trained at or qualified into a firm with a regional/national reputation for quality Planning Law work.

You will join a team with over 40 members nationally and work alongside some of the leading Planning Lawyers in the UK on projects involving private developer and local authority public sector clients.

Work will involve:

Providing strategic planning advice to commercial clients, residential developer clients and household name retail & leisure clients.

Drafting and advising upon S.106 agreements.

Infrastructure and highways agreements.

Planning and environmental appeals.




Upwards of £42,000 per annum plus comprehensive employee benefits.
