The Role
We are now actively seeking a dynamic Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner for a busy CQS accredited team in the Chippenham area. Working alongside experienced lawyers, including one of the practices Partners, the successful Fee Earner will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions, delivering high quality advice to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process. Areas may include: sales and purchases; lease extensions; remortgages; plot sales and; transfers of equity.

Additionally, the successful Fee Earner will take a pro-active approach to business development and networking initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships both locally and further afield. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Paralegal with 2-3 years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent with solid Residential Conveyancing experience;
You will possess excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be IT Literate;
You will be diligent, dedicated and detail orientated;
You will be a pro-active team player with a desire for professional development.
