Family Associate Solicitor

A Family Associate Solicitor is required for a fantastic opportunity with a Top 50 firm based at their office in Central London.  The salary on offer is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience.

My client is a Top 50 Law firm and has many Top Tier recommendations in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners including for Family and Private Client.  The firm provides the full range of legal services to Businesses and Individuals and so when a client comes to them they can provide a complete legal service, professionally and personally.   This has made them leaders in the fields of Family and Private Client as business owners, High Net Worth Individuals and entrepreneurs can enjoy a personal, yet professional service alongside the provision of business services.

You will manage a caseload of HMW Family matters which will encompass the full range of issues that often occur during the breakdown of a relationship to include, children matters, cross-border disputes, finances, mediation and cohabitation.  They also work closely with other departments as tax, trusts and immigration issues often occur alongside relationship and family breakdowns. 

My client is looking for a candidate that has at least 2 Years’ experience in Family gained at a Top Tier London or leading national/regional firm.  It is essential that you have strong technical skills, experience of HNW clients and be commercially minded.  You must be highly organised and be able to communicate effectively with clients dealing with sensitive issues in a professional way.
